There were not enough associates so I had to wait awhile till they got finished with a customer to help me. They did not have march birthstones in location.

The wait time was very long. I feel the store located in Towson Mall (Maryland) is extremely small. Customer service interaction is very robotic, not rude or overbearing. Not engaging. My first experience was definitely not good, however this was my second time, my sales person was extremely knowledgeable of the products, he was engaging. The overall experience was mediocre at best. My husband chooses this particular store not me. If we continue going to this particular store,my expectation is a warmer atmosphere.

When I was shopping at the Pandora store there was a lady DJ in there playing music. The music was very loud and the sales lady and myself had to yell to be heard. It was hard to really concentrate on anything.

I shop Pandora quite often for myself and gifts for family and friends. The experience is always the same Satisfied. My Highly Satisfied experience was the first time I purchased my first charm to place on a bracelet I was given or receiving a Pandora gift.

The sales associate didn't go above and beyond with my dilemma however I waited and spoke to the manager and she referred me to the right department.

I just opened the bag to wear my purchase only to discover that one of the rings is the wrong size. I purchased 4 rings for stacking and I guess in the process one of the wrong size was placed in the box. It is frustrating that they could not have been more accurate as it is a 30 minute ride and not a mall that I go to for any other reason than when I need to visit certain stores that are not closer. Additionally, the push to apply for the credit was a little much for the value of 10% off. I used to work in retail and I understand the value to the company but at some point you have to realize that no is no!

I was a little discouraged because I had actually wanted to purchase the lock your promise bracelet but it was not in stock.
