The associates in the store were not very welcoming. One associate in particular was very rude. I felt uncomfortable with the he first associate who was unprofessional so I asked for someone else to help me.

Items looks not that new, all put under a little box together

there is always something you can work on... like actually LOOKING for an item before telling me you don't have it.

The sales associate was ready to help asap. She was friendly and willingness to place my charms on bracelet. I was in a hurry she suggested i come back, so she could rearrange my charms for me.

Some of the charms I wanted were not in stock.

Need more associates at this particular store

One if the associate was rude and nasty. Not just to me but other customers. Because she's been there soon long nothing is being done about her attitude.

It was my first experience at the store. I have to overly impress to be highly satisfied. There store had closed off one of the exits.

I stood at the counter for more then 5 minutes while the sales girls chit chatted with each other. I already knew what I wanted to needed to get the correct size.
