Pandora Jewelry

I spent over 300 and it was suppose to come with a free jewelry box but they didn't have any. I"m from Atlanta but came to Townson for a weekend trip. Asked if they would mail it since they didn't they said they don't do that but I could go to the one at mall is the hotel I was in. I went the the Galleria and they said no they are not a corporate store and I would have to go there.!!! I even gave then the note from the associate at Townson. I call townson they said I could come back when they had more. NOPE I live in atlanta plus I bought it from you so you need to make sure I'm good. so I'm debating returning my item because I feel this wasn't right!!

I had two associates speak but never ask to assist me. They never asked if I needed help. But the third lady spike and assisted me with my purchase. And I had my pandora Jewelry cleaned

Too crowded

The store is really small hard to get around. Hard to look at new items when only so many are on display. Felt rushed

Other charms designs are only available for the small sized bracelet. The initials I like are no longer available.

My only complaint was that we came in for a specific charm and the store did not have it. My wife said I will just go home and order it online. I was surprised that the sales rep did not offer to order for me.

Some store clerks were socializing rather then waiting on customers. Average customer service. Not motivated

I was not highly satisfied because a few of the items I was looking for was not in stock.

I went to Pandora to get two of my bracelets cleaned. I also ended up purchasing 2 clips and a charm. However, I do not feel they did a good job cleaning the bracelets and had to clean them again once I got home.

Associate didn't know about the items. Had to keep referring to the manual. She may have been fairly new. The bracelet was not on display and again had to go to the manuel.
