Pandora Jewelry

I was satisfied. The store is very small and har dto move around in at times.

The store was bright, they had catalogs out. The music was good

i love pandora. i prefer the store at the mall at columbia (maryland) as opposed to the one in towson (maryland). the associates are a lot nicer in columbia.

I really do not have a reason. I went in for one charm for my bracelet and I found t. I did not have a need for an in depth conversation with the sales associates because I knew what I was looking for before entering the store.

The SA was great but when I got there she was the only one on the floor, so the wait was longer than I hoped due to other customers she had to also help.

I wasn't too happy that my necklace wasn't cleaned that well but i must say it was tarnished pretty good so its really no ones fault.

The sales person was friendly. The sales person was very helpful. I found the exact item I was looking for.

Staff was very busy but manage to make you feel special and was very helpful while searching for the right item

This store and the girls helping me were great. This store does seem a little cramped. The specific selection of beads (Disney) I was looking for was just okay. Still happy with my visit overall.

I was disappointed because they did not seem to have any charms for different countries. I was looking for a Germany charm, a Puerto Rico charm and the Eiffel Tower charm. They only had the Eiffel Tower charm. It appears that Pandora is discontinuing many charms. I like to buy charms for countries and cities that I go on vacation too. Hopefully Pandora will bring back some of its retired charms.
