Pandora Jewelry

I received Pandora earrings for Christmas 2019, I wanted to exchange the earrings, however, did not receive a gift slip or receipt with the gift, as was not able to do exchange.

Prices are high. Was not a lot of charms on sale to choose from

When I arrived there was a waiting line, but I didnt find out that was for purchase only until the people behind me went in the store before me to look around.

Had to wait in line outside the store for over an hour to be able to enter store to shop and to see if they had what I wanted

It's holiday time and Pandora is one of the busy stores during this time, they only had 2 employees working that day. I feels though that it should have been more staff on the schedule. I stood in line for an hour.

I like the items in the store. Wish they had coupons or some type of reward program for rerun customers

I understand that it was black Friday, however I think that the wait time was unbelievable. Almost 2 hours. There has got to be a better way. I would have ordered online, however 35% vs 25% was being offered for in-store purchases

My sales person was new and not very knowledgeable & I think needed more training.

Associates were very friendly, however, she was helping many other customers while helping me. Even there were three more associates available, two of them were not interested in working.

The manger seemed to be not wanting to work that day. She was not friendly nor smiling. Then after looking at my bill I noticed she charged me for something I never purchased when came back to the store not 2mins later she gave me attitude
