The line to get into the store was long , I waited over 45 minutes to enter. After finally going inside I was told there was a gift set sale but only for the smaller bracelets so that was disappointing as well.

I enjoyed my visit to the store. The salesperson broke down difference between two bracelets I had my on. Finally she and another associate went above and beyond to find my charms.

The reason I wasn’t highly satisfied is because I just wish there were more sales options.They were very limited.

When I entered the store I was greeted by an associate who was already assisting another customer. She didn't fully listen to what I wanted and therefore gave me something I didn't need. She then seemed to keep an attitude during the rest of my visit when I brought the issue to her attention. Her manager then came to help me and she was wonderful. I think it's rude to attempt to assist two customers at the same time. You only need to greet them and let them know someone will be with them shortly. You can't offer a personalized experience when trying to do too much. I especially didn't appreciate the attitude the remainder of my time there. Young people need to learn to listen.

I wouldn't have had any glitches. Soon as I walked in someone would ask me can I help you, even if they had a customer. I would have been told right away about the new line of merchandise.

The wait time for an associate and item availability. Due to product placement associate spent time searching for an item only for me to end up with the display item. Which I am not very pleased with. However not wanting to travel further out of my way to visit another store. However the associate was very pleasant throughout the process.
