Although there were sanitary stations there were to many associates/customers to be six feet apart. The store is to small to have five associates each with a customer or two

Located the items on line was not able to find my Towson location. Want to location briefly waited outside till invited into store. The associate had trouble identifying and locating the items I was requesting from the website photos on my phone. The location had all the items I requested and was able to quickly complete my order and have me on my way.

Some items were not available.

I would have to say when I first walked into the Towson location, the older lady who helped me misjudged me and was giving attitude towards me until I started talking to her just to let her know that I’m not like the others she’s experienced who look like me. I didn’t appreciate that very much and I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to show anyone that I’m different from the rest. Representatives should not pass judgement on others and should automatically apply great customer service from the jump.

Sales associate was shutting down the entrance saying the store was closed. It was 5:30 and the store was not to close until 6. The manager came out and put the gate up luckily I had not walked away and told me to come in.

None of the charms that I wanted to purchase after shopping online and saw them available at that location where available when associate we to look for them very disappointing....

Service was great, however if you’re keeping the amount of customers low in store then allow customers to browse the store. The associate asked what I wanted to see which there were some I did but could’ve been more if I could’ve seen everything.

Clean, patience and brightness of the store. Sales associate knowledgeable. She was also helpful due to a problem I have with Pandora shine.
