When i arrived at the location there was a line outside and only 2 people in the store there was only 3 people in front of me. and we all had to wait in that line for over an hour because the lady in front of everyone was just browsing. She ended up leaving not purchasing anything after being in the store for over an hour. I feel there should be a time limit for people who are browsing so that everyone can be seen at a safe and satisfactory time. The line behind me started wrapping around the store. Its just frustarting to indiviuals who are actually trying to purchase items.

I have been trying to get the letter charms and they are always out of stock. If something is wrong with your purchased merchandise they should have someone who could correct the problem instead of having to repurchase. Why don’t they have any charms for husbands but they do have them for wife I’m disappointed.

I was unable to find the charm I really liked

I could do without the salesperson trying to upsell me. I don't know if it was company policy but I had to say at least thrice that I was not adding any additional items. I came in with the idea of exactly what I wanted to purchase; I only made one change. Once I realized that I had reached my budget limit, I notified the salesperson who was nice but still pushy. Besides that one downside, the visit was quick and the salespeople were knowledgeable and friendly. I'm visiting family so I won't be back to this store, but even with the line at the front of the store, I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes.

I received a bracelet as a birthday gift but it was one size too small when I got to the store they didn't have the bracelet I wanted to exchange for a bigger size so I had to choose another bracelet and unfortunately I had to add more money to the purchase because they didn't have another bracelet in the price range of the one I had so I had to pay the difference plus purchase clips to secure the charms on this particular bracelet as a replacement

I had been to another pandora store and was able to use my military discount with the same promotion and was told I could not use it here

Nice and pleasant staff! The store was very clean and well lit, easy process in store. I love my rings and I'll be back soon!

I ordered online in the morning. Two charms weren’t available but they said Towson had them. I called the store several times but never got an answer. I was calling to ask them to hold them because I didn’t get off until 6pm. I was worried they may sell before I got there because of the big sale. I rush to be there before closing only to find they don’t have one if the charms. It was the main one I needed. It was a specific request. Had I known it wasn’t available I could have checked Jared. I work long hours and this is our busy season. I don’t have a lot of time to get Christmas shopping done. Ashley was extremely helpful and very patient. I was clearly frustrated but she remained focused on resolving my issue. She checked other store but had no luck. I picked another charm but would have much rather have the One I was looking for, the lipstick, dress and stiletto.

I loved the gold charms and am not at all happy with the lastability or the color of the Pandora shine. You seem to have cut back on your charm selection to broaden your products into other types of bracelets/necklaces - I miss a more robust collection!
