Didn't have a large variety of the glass charms that I like.

Depending on what day you come there is a line.

The wait to get into the store is outrageous. I waited for an hour.

Had to wait in line but I’m sure it was due to Covid. I wasn’t aware that I had to open a line of credit in order to take advantage of the buy two get one free offer even after having read the fine print.

The was a delay in getting selections

Returned an item and am returning the replacement item today. I feel Pandora quality has slipped over the years

After waiting in line for at least 20 mins or so, I finally fleet into the store and the selection and availability was really poor. We had to really search for my items. Then there were no Shine available at all!!!!

The sales associate was very off putting. By it being my first time in a pandora store. I had no idea what I was really looking for or wanted. She didnt give the option to browse anything. Was told to stand in one area and not to move from it. Ask for catalog to see items had to wait several mins to get that. After while I just decide to go with a ring I had seen in the window while waiting to get in the store. Sale representative had no idea how much the ring was. Even tho the price was by the ring on display. It just really wasnt a pleasant first experience.

The associate was knowledgeable of the merchandise. However it was not a wow experience. I have been a Pandora customer for over 10 years and it was not a highly satisfying experience for me. I was pleased.

The sales associate was helpful, however, she took a while finding what was needed. She often went back and forth between cabinets to get something she forgot. But overall, she was helpful!
