Pandora Jewelry

On this particular trip, Endia C. was the sales associate who assisted me, and I was totally fine with the assistance she provided. However, over the past several weeks I have been to this store and Ashley assisted me. Ashley assisted Endia during this shopping trip, and honestly, Ashley, is very dismissive and apparently I am not the type of customer that she cares on waiting on, even during this trip. She acts as if she is being bothered and inconvenienced. Again, I am not sure if this is how she treats all of the customers, but the three times that I have been in the stored during the past month, that is how she treated me.

Life is never a 100%.My return was uneventful. I was happy with what I purchased. I got what I wanted - I was satisfied with my experience at Pandora.

We waited in line for a long time to go in. We were not allowed to walk around the store to look at the merchandise, they let us point to things in a book and they brought it to us (I probably would have bought more if I could look around). And they were sold out of some of the things I wanted.

One item I was looking for was not in stock. As always, I feel rushed in the store due to the need of the employees to service a high volume of customers. I would love to be able to take my time when making a purchase.

No particular reason.

I waited in line for 90 minutes. There was no problem with the store or the assistant. When you were allowed to go in you stayed in one spot and looked in a book for the assistant to bring everything to you. This is why my answers are not highly satisfied because I was unable to walk around. That is all.

It was a long wait in line.

I went another pandora they give us books to look , so we were better prepared to shop once it was our turn

I had 2 visits within 10 minutes on the same day. The 1st sales associate I had contact with was not very friendly. I had already waited outside the store for over 10 minutes while I observed 2 sales associates not working with customers. I left to view mechanize in other jewelry store but even though the other stores had friendly staff, they did not have the type of jewelry I was looking for. When I returned to Pandora, the 2nd sales associate was friendly and professional.
