Pandora Jewelry

The in-store selection is very limited. I requested approximately 7 charms and only 3 were available. I like to visit the store because I like to receive my merchandise at the time of purchase, therefore I rarely order on line. I feel like I am forced to order online for a wider selection and availability.

I purchased a ring in 2016,that held lots of sentimental values to me and it needed repairs and I wished that my repairs could have been done at or with Pandora’s -unfortunately I have to shop around to get it repaired since I was NO it’s not being done anymore - very disappointed

I feel as though there could have been more sale options available in store for me to purchase. That was a bit frustrating for me!

because of the pandemic, i was only allowed on one side of the store, could not view all products.

Sales associate was "off the clock taking a call behind the counter. Misunderstanding is wgat seemed to be the issue.

I came to purchase a 👩‍🎓 charm,there wasn’t much to choose from, I was disappointed being this time around kids graduating.

The service was great it was a breeze in and out they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but I went with something else which was fine but overall it was great
