The store was congested even the employees had limited space to move around. Store was not prepared for the volume of people who adored Pandora we waited outside to come in for ten minutes. Due to COVID-19

Overall experience was positive. However, I was returning a defective charm and instead of the sales associate assisting me with removing the bracelet and charms, she watched me where it couple have taken less time. Other than that, no other issues.

I had to stand in a line for about 10 minutes, then when I got to the sales associate she wasn’t welcoming, seems like she had an attitude when I ask her questions about the merchandise. I was disappointed with her customer service.

The reason why I wasn’t highly satisfied was not due to Pandora or the associates. If was more due to the customers. Too many customers didn’t know what they wanted or didn’t do their research before coming into the store which caused the long wait in line. I already knew what I wanted and looked online to make sure that particular store had what I wanted.

A very long wait. A bracelet that was broken and they were not anxious to offer any help. There was trouble with their credit card machine.

I had to wait in line 20 minutes for sales person, then 2 come from the back and take myself and the person in front of me. Only one sales person was waiting when I walked up in line. The person in front of me said he was waiting 15 min

Just when I came in I asked to see Disney charms she showed me a half of try I had to keep saying specific disney charms to see them instead of just showing me all the disney charms who knows if she would of showed me all I would of purchased more

We were not able to see around. The sales representative told us to be at the same spot which made an uncomfortable shopping experience since we had to ask for every type of jewelry without seeing it first.
