since this is one of the few stores in the Baltimore city limits it can be very crowd. I also think Pandora should have more sales

Pandora doesn’t have all the rings in every size, so if you want a different ring they may not have it.

My sales lady was great! She just had a hard time getting the engraving machine to work, she got help from another worker which still took a long time for them to get the machine to start working. I think that should be a concern that customers have to wait so long for machine to work. My mother loves Pandora so I get charms for her. Thank you

The long lines to get in the store.A lot of the merchandise was sold out. Finally one of the entry doors was blocked off giving one Exit in and out.

Unfortunately they were out of a lot the charms I had gone to purchase.

This store is way too small. There is no room to move. We could not visit other cases to see any other merchandise which highly impacts your ability to make sales. I never looked at anything other than rings because it was so congested in the store. This store needs to move to a larger space, especially now with all of the Covid concerns. It is way too popular & is extremely problematic for customers to wait lined up for 30 minutes in the mall, then be crammed inside the hot little store with no way to actually shop. The only saving grace was that Ariana was a very sweet associate and was a delight to work with. She made the experience so much better and deserves a kudos!
