i was highly satisfied, the ladies were very friendly. and worked together nicely. and i was allowed to take my time while choosing what i wanted.

The availability of sales associates and wait time to be assisted. The store was to busy and the staffing was not equipped to handle the customers. But overall, I was satisfied.

Location is not convenient. Also, store NEVER answers the phone and voicemails are not returned. Store is very small so tends to be chaotic/overcrowded. Staff is hit or miss...sometimes you get a good sales associate while other times you get someone uninterested in helping.

I was not High satisfied with my Pandora experience because my receipt and warranty was supposed to get emailed to me, but i guess it didn’t go through.

My bracelet broke and I had to mail it out when there was one in the store. It should’ve been replaced immediately. I spend A LOT of money with Pandora! A LOT!!

Please consider repairing, updating or replacing the electronic devices that are use to ring up the sales. There only seem to be one or maybe two that actually work properly at the Towson Location. This isn't the 1st time I observed and myself had to wait to get a device to ring up the purchase because of this.

Called to ask store to hold bracelet and was told they couldn’t.
