I always wanted the Marie aristocats charm! It looks so good on my bracelets however I need to know how to style my bracelet as the store associate said I need spacers

I was immediately greeted by a sales person as I entered. I was the only person in the store. While I was looking for charms, the manager came out to talk to my salesperson who at the time was cleaning my jewelry. She basically began to have a meeting! More people came into the store and help was limited. Customer service should have been the priority before having a meeting on the floor. Especially with several people in the store.

It was only 1 sales associate working in the store. She handled herself very well despite her circumstances.

The wait was 30 minutes to get into the store. Limited items available. Only 2 employees to service customers.

They should have more specials or at least a little gift to the loyal members. That will be great !

First I had to stand in line 50 minutes. Before I could see my options.

Me and my daughter has brought several pieces because we love the guality of the jewelry. I came to the store to buy my daughter her Christmas gift

Charms not visible. Had to ask for theme item you wanted, and they were presented. I might have bought more if not only show certain things, but I also don't usually shop at this location and not use to this type of sale technique. Store is very small and cramped.
