Soon as I walk in the store, I was helped right away, the sales person took there time with me and helped every step of the way, the sales person smiled had good manners and was patient with me, which is very important, at the in of the sale, I was very happy and satisfied..... plus I saved money which is also very important!!!!!!!!!

First of all it was my Birthday, and the prices fited my pockets very well. Swap so much I will be getting soon.

No I'm very satisfied with the store and my purchase. I hit the wrong box

I was satisfied with my experience but not highly satisfied. This is because a pair of earrings I saw in your store catalog wasn't available to look at since this location didn't have them. I think all locations should have the products shown but maybe it's wishful thinking. But overall I'm happy with the service I received and I did find a different pair of earrings that are really pretty

I was very much satisfied with my visit and with the associate! The prices were high for me as a senior citizen. I realize that this was not the store's fault, but mine personally. Maybe, you can have a senior's discount so that we may shop for our grand children and great nieces and nephews more regularly.

Several of the charms I wanted to purchase were not in stock. However, Jordan was successful in showing me alternative charms that I ended up purchasing. Thanks, Jordan for your wonderful customer service!
