I was immediately greeted by a sales person.. She knew exactly where to look for the specific item that I was looking for. She also offered me a brochure for future selections

I brought my bracelet to the store not knowing what I needed to add to it to keep beads from falling off the section by the clasp. The sales associate knew exactly what I needed & offered 2 options for me to choose from. I asked about cleaning of the bracelet & she informed me they offer free cleaning & that I could drop it off when I am in the mall shopping. As well she gave me a new book of beads & charms to take with me.

Staff was attentive. Staff was polite. Staff was patient

Gina was very knowledgeable about the products and what went well together. Her recommendations was well needed and appreciated. I will be returning to the store on 9/21/17 to purchase another charmthat i like. I will also be purchasing another pandora bracelet. Excellent customer service. I was truly pleased. Thank you Gina.

i were given a new braclet because my closure on my old braclet wouldn't stay close. I also purchased the new string bracelets. I have the navy blue and hot pink. I was very satisfied.

I visited the Towson Town Center location in Baltimore, Maryland and was serviced by Ms. Beth.......she was amazing and very pleasant......also very knowledgeable about the merchandise.....I was purchasing a charm bracelet for my dad to give my mom as his anniversary gift.....I walked out a satisfied customer😀👌
