Sales associate gave me her undivided attention even when I gave permission to wait on someone else as I was very indecisive. Associate maintained a positive demeanor even though it was extremely crowded behind the counter. Associate explained the current sale and my savings after purchase patiently.

This was my first time and the staff was really friendly, I love this store was really clean, price wise was really good

This was my very first Pandora purchase. I had no clue or idea as to what I was looking for or how the process worked. The sales associate was very helpful and a GOD sent. Her knowledge, warm smile and overall customer service was great. I will continue to visit this store for my future purchases.

Great customer service Friendly staff Kind service

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora purchase because I was greeted in a friendly manner. I expressed to the associate that I had a free ring with a $100.00 or more purchase. The store associate then asked me a couple of important questions on what I was looking to purchase. I came in to purchase my minimum purchase to receive my free item. I also expressed to her that one of my charms was damaged and she handled my problem very professionally. I purchased more than what I came for because of Aisha’s knowledge.

The associate was able to help me in a timely manner and answered any questions I had.

I was greeted by a sales associate immediately upon entering the store, and was helped by the first available sales associate. She was knowledgeable but not pushy. I absolutely LOVE the new open bangle I purchased...it is so comfortable and fits my tiny little wrist beautifully. LOVE IT!!!!

The customer service was excellent. The selection was acceptable and i started mny bracelet there so i always go there on my bday.

Nice sales person- Rimma in Towson store- personable. Store is little small and it was crowded on a Saturday. Overall a pleasant store.. and I got a free ring!
