There was a line formed outside the store and the associate made sure to come greet the waiting customers and put their name on the list to see a sales associate. The line moved pretty fast. My associate Aaron was amazing! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also gave helpful suggestions to help me pick out charms for my sister's bracelets.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The store was crowded because of the busy Christmas shopping season. The store was very organized and the staff very professional.
