The woman helping was very nice, and able to give me a lot of suggestions. She had a lot of information about the charms I was interested in.

I have not been back to this store in approx. a year due to previous bad experience. Complete turn around, greeted by the mgr, coming in the door, she checked for available clerks, then took me herself. She help me find the perfect gift, all the while greeting new customers & keeping the sales moving Very professional & friendly! You are very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I shop here often. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when the store is crowded the experience was pleasant.

I went into the store at the peak of Christina shopping and was immediately greeted by an associate. The store was busy but she gathered my name and assured me that I would be seen after 1 person ahead of me on the list. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be called for service.

The associate was very professional& the choices was very good & due to the crowd the wait wasn't long at all

Mikayla was very helpful I went in to buy one thing a charm for my wife and she turned my 53 dollar sale to a 350 dollar sale and it was worth I told her as long as she is there I’m coming I go where she goes she even told me about the credit card once my credit get right I’ll sign up for one
