Great customer service

I have been a Pandora customer for some time. I do not require extensive guidance but this salesperson was awesome; very kind and compassionate. I expressed I had lost my bracelet and was in the process of gradually replacing the bracelet and all of my very meaningful charms. She made me feel so much better and suggested options for a more secure bracelet going forward: the safety chain which I will purchase when I get the bracelet. The bracelet was out of stock but Ashia assured me I'd be be able to get it in about a week or so.

The jewelry was very pretty and at a fair price. Also, the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase was friendly and helpful.

I was able to call the store and have the items I was interested held. The sales associate was able to locate items I was interested in easily. She was very patient as I browsed thru sale items.

The sales lady was so very helpful and nice. I exchange a ring for A different size and mentioned that I would love to see a green stone in this ring. She quickly showed me the ring with the red and green stone and I will definitely go back to that store to purchase it thanks to her friendliness and knowledge!!

Every time I come in the store I’m greeted pleasantly unlike the store in that Harbor Place their rude. If they were busy they still acknowledge someone will help us soon. Last bit not least my sales rep help me pick out some charms as well encourage me to buy more than I was, she help me arrange my charms. Caroline C was very helpful and kind.
