The product was available. The associate was knowledgeable. The store was very clean.

The sales associates were very helpful. They made recommendations on what type of clips I need to purchase for my bracelet. The associate made recommendations for charms since the one I wanted was not available.

The staff member was extremely patient and thorough , although we were only purchasing one item. She was happy to get things from different areas and offered recommendations based on what i said i wanted.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by an Associate and was walked through the entire process and until left. The associate was really helpful and assisted me with information and items that I was not aware of before my visit. Overall it was a pleasure to shop at Towson, MD Pandora store.

My husband wanted to buy me a Pandora Charm Bracelet as a surprise gift. We went to the Towsontown Mall location in Baltimore County, Md. Upon our arrival we found it bright, sparkling and inviting. The staff greeted us when we came in the store. The sales lady,Ashia, gave good suggestions with my first purchase of bracelet and charms. She took time and was very pleasant answering our questions. Ashia explained the variety of charms, how to take care of the bracelet and warranty on all purchases.
