I like the attentiveness of the sales associate.She knew the products very well.She didn't rush us in the decision making process of what we wanted to purchase.

I was looking for a charm for my wife’s first grandchild. The lady was very helpful in finding what i was looking for. I was very satisfied with the charm and so was my wife.

This was my first time in the store and Ashia was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was organized and the fact that there was a crowd on Valentine's day did not deter any potential buyer from continuing with the purpose for being there. An associate came outside and took everyone's name and directed everyone to the next available sales associate. The experience was delightful and it caused me to spend more money than I had anticipated.

I was highly satisfied about my last experience because I didn't have a long wait to be assisted by the associate. The associate immediately educated me about my bracelet maintenance/needs. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes.
