I came in I didn’t have to wait to ask for help. A sales associate already approached as me if I needed any help. I came in looking for a birthday gift for my mother and she showed me a few she like that has to do with a mother and actually pointed out one she brought her mother. I bought the one she she had briought for her mother it was so pretty.

When I walked into the store i was greeted iemediately. I was helped right away by the sales associate. The sales associate knew exactly what I wanted and she had plenty of knowledge about it.

The sales associate Emani was really nice and helpful with helping me pick out pieces for my bracelet. She even cleaned my braclet & charms and she informed me on how to care & store my bracelet.

The sales rep Gina know off the top of her head that there were two cosmic stars clips in the store that would make my existing cosmic stars pendant necklace. She thought that would be the best match and it was.

I was quickly asked if I needed assistance. The associate new immediately what I was looking for. Upon not liking what I originally asked for I asked to some additional ideas and she had some.

I highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the staff has well customer service. They store is VERY clean. The quality of the jewelry is very nice.
