The sales associate greeted me right away even though there were no other customers at the time and the associates seemed to be having their own conversation prior. She was knowledgeable able the items I was returning as well as the ones I wanted. Even when what I wanted didn’t work out...she offered something that I was please with.

Gina is a customer’s dream! She was very attentive and helpful. I told her that I was looking for 2 charms to add to my friend’s bracelet in honor of her retirement after 32 years of state service. I fell in love with the 2 charms that Gina recommended and my friend loves them as well! That was first visit to Pandora and I would definitely return!
