I was taken care of by the sales associate. also the price was right!! Pandora in Amman-Jordan is more expensive so I sent my sisters in law and wife the next day to buy from the store.

I visited the store to see if I could return or exchange a charm bracelet that had a broken clasp. Even though I did not have my receipt, the manager, Gina, without hesitation allowed the exchange. She got Chamaya (it was her first day) and Shardae to help me pick out the bracelet I wanted in exchange and the ladies took care of everything necessary to swap them out. The store was extremely busy yet so well run that I had no wait time at all. I always love shopping at this location because the staff is always friendly and accommodating and the company always backs up the products. Thank you!!
