When I arrived to the store it was completely empty. The sales rep was fixing merchandice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Was knowledgeable about items and helped me make a decision.

Sales associate always friendly and available. They give suggestions. Lastly they are patient.

The store's appearance was very bright, inviting, and the customer service was wonderful. I felt like my wants and interests were respected. My mom brought me a charm and I brought one as well and I purchased the Care Kit. I like, when you purchase $100.00 or more, you are able to get a promotional discount worth $65.00. My mom purchased ear rings, which she really likes. We both were very pleased. My birthday is this month, July and I informed my son and boyfriend who first brought me the Pandora bracelet with the MOM charm for mother's day. I look forward to personalizing my bracelet.

My designer, Emani, was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. At one point, the store became very busy. Emani managed to assist me and other customers at the same time. She even managed to calm down an angry customer by placing him at ease. Great experience.
