Pandora Jewelry

My salesperson was Syuzanna. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the store. As soon as I began to describe the charm that I was interested in purchasing, she immediately provided me with a display of various charms. She provided me with information on the promotional offers, and demonstrated in interest in me personally by asking questions that gave her an idea profile of me. She was simply MARVELOUS, and left the store a very happy customer. I would return to the store simply because of the service I received. Syuzanna and the entire staff were displaying the upmost professionalism and were very attentive to all of the customers in the store during the same time frame. All of the customers were being serviced, and they worked together as a team to satisfy the customers.

I shopped the free bracelet event. I purchased 13 charms and a pair of earrings. I had preselected what I wanted using the catalog. Everything was available except one. My exchange was hassle free, and although it was busy and I had to wait 15 minutes to be helped all the associates acknowledged me. The girl who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. This is my preferred store, I just wish it was a bit bigger as it is often crowded and the space is very minimal.

Quick and easy choices. Books are in a orderly fashion with sweet people to help at any given time.

Emani is a highly customer oriented associate. Her attention to detail and focus to meet my needs were impeccable. I am going back to see her on Saturday so that she can redesign my bracelets. Amani is great to work with and she is want this industry needs to promote quality customer service.

I was satisfied with the knowledge the sales person had re: items I was interested in. he was very friendly . I do think the price point of your merchandise could be lower however. the quality is nice, but it limits the jewelry I can buy at Pandora

I walked in pandora and saw lots of beutiful Jewelry. It was very clean, neat, and inviting. My grandparents took me out to get a ring and braclet. I love my gifts! 😍 Thank you Pandora and Mammy and Poppop!

I was made to feel very comfortable in the store. The sales associate was really accommodating. The store had a pleasant atmosphere.
