I love this Store the Staff are wonderful and I know them well which is nice. Having familiar faces who remember me and know what I have in mind for designing a bracelet or selecting a gift. That is important they take the time and are very helpful .

People are fretting friendly there. They were really helpful. I just like Pandora products so much!

I went in to exchange a bracelet that I purchased thru a promotion online but did not like. The initial sales rep. I felt was abrupt and told me I had to choose another bracelet when I found a ring of equal value i wanted. Told me i had to wait for manager. The manager was fantastic, courteous, and very customer oriented. I left completely satisfied.

The salesperson was professional and very knowledgable! Annoinette B. was very pleasant and friendly! To be as young as she was/is; she gave me a lot of information of the charms, etc.
