Lindsay, a new sales associate was very nice and patient. I was indecisive because what I came in the store to purchase, they no longer had. Lindsey was very patient and offered great suggestions. Although the other sales associate were more experience, Lindsey was more personable. I will definitely look for her the next time I visit, which will probably be next week to purchase a bangle bracelet.

The associate was friendly and fast to help us. We simply described charms and she knew what we were looking for. She also educated us on different bracelets.

I found the overall atmosphere pleasant in the store. I like the lighting very bright allowing you to see the charms clearly and the location, at the Towson Town Center Mall, is perfect, right near the food court. The sales associate was very helpful I get her most of the time if she is not with another customer.

The people that work in this store are always friendly when I come in and are very customer service oriented.
