My boyfriend bought me this as a promise ring. I absolutely love it. It’s gorgeous. I’ve only had it for 2 days and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it.

Your customer services is awesome. I can't say enough good things. I had a ring I purchased for my daughter last year and a few of the stones fell out. I was still under the one year warranty. I have never had anything go that easy in exhcanging/returning, etc. I am a customer for life just based off of the experience I had.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to find the exact gift I wanted for my mom's birthday present. Also the assistant manager was knowlegable about the merchandise. She wasn't the friendliest but she was atleast knowlegable.

I had a great associate whom escorted me around the store to look at anything I wanted until I was satisfied with my purchase. Patient is a virtue.

I came in looking for a birthday gift for my mom who loves pandora. She already has two almost full bracelets with just about every charm in store and it was difficult trying to find something that she would like that she didn’t already have. The sales associates offered an alternative to a charm, “maybe it’s time to start a new bracelet” it was the most perfect idea ever. My mom was recently raving about her coworkers bangle so it was great that it was available and ready for checkout.
