I have shopped at this Pandora store for years. The sales associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The sales associates are always very friendly and eager to answer my questions.

I had the pleasure of meeting Antonio during my visit. Antonio was an exceptional associate. He was very patient with me and very attentive to the concept I was trying to achieve. Although I did not specifically know what I wanted, he always remained patient with me showed me more products. He made me feel very comfortable which also allowed me to trust his judgment and expertise. He educated me on products we viewed and always gave his opinion without neglecting my own. He was extremely friendly and kind. He also helped me understanding the concept of sizing and allowed me to learn all of my ring sizes. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help and this made my experience an amazing one. Without his assistance, I would have been lost. I most likely would have become overwhelmed and left the store without purchasing anything. He definitely deserves a shout out, Employee of the Month, a raise, etc. EVERYTHING. Stores/Pandora needs more employees like Antonio.

The customer service was great all the associate where professional and kind .the exchange was quick and easy.

The sales associate had a pleasant attitude. The charms were available in different metals . My daughter brought me my first bracelet and charm and I have been in love every since .
