I came into the Pandora store in SOHO. I was immediately greeted and complimented on my shirt. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I knew what I wanted so I asked NIKKO for assistance. Nikko was extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he offer suggestions, he was quick in getting my bracelet together and ringing me up. He made sure I knew they offered cleaning services FOR FREE and gave me a dust bag for my purchase so that my bracelet was cared for properly. As a retail worker, it is REFRESHING to come across such great customer service. I love when I’m get what I give. I just want to say THANK YOU! I will see you guys soon

It didn’t matter that I was unfamiliar with how the store worked, Nya always was patient with me and let me take my time in deciding.
