I left work midday because knew that I needed new pieces from the Keith Haring collection. This was my first time shopping at the SoHo store and it was a truly AMAZING experience. The sales associates were so helpful, they offered to take out each piece for me to see it, and one of the managers even stopped over to introduce himself and tell me some interesting things about the collection and make some wearing suggestions -- I went back later and bought the pieces he recommended! They let me try the bracelet on in a few different sizes until I found the perfect fit. Truly, shopping at the SoHo store was such a fun experience and everything I have come to expect from Pandora -- excellent quality and excellent service. Thrilled that this will be my new local go-to location!

I visited the Pandora location in Soho. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by assistant manager, Steven. He was absolutely amazing! Steven took his time going through so many options with me. My time there didn’t feel rushed at all. He was very knowledgeable, willing to help, and super friendly. I can tell he caters to his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are satisfied. This is the best experience I’ve had at any pandora location. I’m excited to return soon!

Well of course the fact that’s there’s a pandora store in Harlem is dope . And as all pandora store’s the feeling was the same, warm and inviting……

The items I was looking for were in-store. I was also able to see items that fit my taste. The sales associate was kind and I appreciate her detail to what I wanted to accomplish with my look.

The sales associate Crystal was amazing. She was kind, bright and knowledgeable about the products. Tais and Luna were great as well. Tais assisted my husband with finding a nice bracelet for our son with Marvel charms. He purchased me a bracelet with a mix of Marvel and Disney Princess charms. We are very happy and really appreciate the SA.

Stephen was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us everything we needed or wanted. Amazing service.

Amazing customer service at this store, so helpful and friendly. Very experienced in the knowledge of the items in the store. Also not at all pushy to buy anything but made conversation of what we looking for in specific.
