The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, a warm and friendly welcome. Instantly I felt like my presence mattered. Then as it became my turn, the sales associate Thais was absolutely wonderful! I didn’t know much about what to add to my mother’s bracelet or which charms Pandora even had but I knew I wanted to add and reorganize the charms. Thais took her time with me, really put her knowledge into how the charms would appear best, she asked questions about what my mother would like and was so nice. My mother’s bracelet looks great now and I’m so confident in gifting it to her. Now it truly feels personally crafted vs just thrown together, major thanks to Thais. My experience was top tier.

I was immediately greeted when i walked in. the lady associate was super helpful taking out earrings that she believed my friend would like and allowing me to use a stick like device to see what it would look like on myself. They also offered afterpay which was great and gave me a gift receipt incase of any issues. since it wasn’t so busy, a male associate even helped her wrap my purchase while she finished off the purchase and went to receive my receipt. the workers there are very helpful to one another

Keep up the great work and selection of products. They should have items for men as well... i love the jewelry there
