This is the 2nd Pandora store I went to. On Friday 8/12/2022 I went to the Dulles Town Center, Sterling Va store and was ignored by 3 different employees so I waited 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge my presence had eye contact with each person so they saw me and knew I was in the store. After 5 minutes I left upset. This was my first time coming in to a Pandora store. And left a bad impression with me. I would not recommend the Dulles Town Center location. So based on that experience I ended up ordering online and picked up in store. I chose to pick up at the Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax VA location when I arrived to pick up my order I was pleasantly greeted by 3 employees Valerie -the manager on duty and Karlin and another employee that was working with another customer. My experience at this store was the complete opposite from the other store mentioned above. I would definitely recommend the Fair Oaks Mall location to friends. Also, bonus points for Karlin because she showed me photos of her cute doggie ♥️
