The sales associate that worked with us was very friendly and knew what she was doing. She provided several options for my wife. Once my wife told her what she wanted she was quickly able to find it and put it together for us to take with us.

Loved, loved, LOVED how sweet the associates were when I visited. They were super sweet and actually cared about who I was buying for and why I was buying it. It felt like an authentic conversation and not one where they were just trying to make a sale.

I’ve been shopping at the Fairoaks store for a number of years and always find the saleswomen very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I have collected charms since I was a child putting pennies into gum ball machines hoping to get a plastic charm. I then collected silver charms from places I traveled to. I guess I carried that collection with pandora. I have a long list of charms and this stor seems to always have what I want in stock.
