Kudos to the sale associate, Holly C. (204886) for providing an exceptional customer service. She was friendly and patient in handling my return transaction and very helpful in selecting an item for me to purchase.

It was my first time being there! And THE LADY WAS VERY SWEET AND PATIENT ! I will purchase again.

The young lady who assisted me was truly remarkable. Professional, polite, and courteous in spite of the pressure this time of year brings and considering Covid-19. She was gracious and ensured that my wishes were her priority. I don't know her name but she is the reason I will return to Pandora at Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, Virginia.

Even though the store was only having a limited number of people they kept things moving. I was looking for a ring and they brought out a tray of rings for me to look at while I was in line. It allowed me to see ahead of time what I may want to see once I got in.

The Associate made my visit a pleasant one, she was very friendly and had a great personality! She proceeded my exchange and purchase without any issues! She’s definitely a keeper!

The lady who assisted me and a coworker was friendly from the start. I was told pandora sold 14k gold charms, and she had no problem showcasing them to us. Didn’t realize the price on them, but the lady was so knowledgeable on them, how to change up styles, the difference a solid gold looks kn bracelet... I was convinced to get it without the feeling of being pressure. Thank you for the honest and humble opinions.

The staff was very active and friendly. I liked that I asked for opinions and they were happy to help me. I liked how they were using precautions of not having a lot of people inside of the store.

This Pandora store is by far my favorite. The team is ALWAYS helpful. They are pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products. Nathaly is awesome.

I was looking at rings and was not satisfied but the salesperson Jasmin C No. 178120 recommend other rings. She figured out what i was looking for and I loved them and bought them. She also was very nice and helpful.

I like how fast we were helped and the knowledge of the associate that help us. It was a really great experience.
