I was greeted quickly, the store was clean and well organized. There were plenty of safe guards in place in place for health and safety protections. The selection of merchandise was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was highly satisfied because there isn’t nothing bad in Pandora , Pandora has really nice jewelry and there is no way I’m returning what I bought because it’s beautiful !

Service was great, associates in the Pandora store has a safe and well planned out process due to COVID with keeping the customer safe and distance from one another.

Outstanding customer service

I went into the store to find an 80th birthday gift for my mom. The associate was very helpful with assigning me to find a beautiful 18k bracelet with several charms.

The staff was attentive and very friendly and made an effort to answer all my questions and show me everything that I was looking for. They did not hesitate in showing me more items and they even tried expanding on what I was looking for to help give me ideas and make sure I found what I was looking for.
