We were helped immediately once entering the store. The store associate, Yvette P, was helpful throughout my whole experience. Showed me a variety of items, helped me with sizing of the rings I was purchasing, & made the whole process flow easily!

Aiya was very approachable and helpful, she was right on the spot with what I like for my gift for my wife, I asked her for $2-300 range and we finished the rose gold bracelet with lovely charms and march birth stone on the exact budget I have.

She was working with a girl with pink hair aside from the two managers.

I had an exchange that I had been holding until I could walk--Im recovering from a broken ankle and surgery. It has been more than thirty days since I ordered this but they did the exchange anyway since this was the first time I could get into the store. They were cheerful and friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I like the way the store is organized. The sales associate was helpful but not overbearing in her suggestions. I did go into the store knowing one item that I was going to purchase and it was in stock. But I also wanted to purchase a charm, but did not know what charm I wanted and the sales associate pointed out the new line of daisies and that was very helpful.
