Customer service of Valerie and pinky was really outstanding. They both truly helped me and my daughter till the end as this was our first visit to pandora. The only thing im not happy was with the prices of the charms i feel like its too overly priced !! Overall was a nice & expensive experience!

The two sales ladies were absolutely amazing! This was my first time coming to Pandora and these ladies helped me pick out my wedding anniversary bracelet and multiple charms from my husband who surprised me. It was hard to decide which charms I wanted to totally fill up my bracelet and even choose the right bracelet! But they were extremely patient and helpful and my bracelet is perfect. Thank you ladies, I truly appreciate your professionalism and awesome customer service.

pandora is always such a pretty place to walk into. the person helping me, aya, was very helpful and super sweet when i told her i was looking for a ring for my girlfriend. great service, great quality!
