The store was a little busy with holiday rush but they kept it orderly. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. The associate assisting people in line was able to get an answer to my question to avoid me wasting time. Once I was assisted in the store, I was very grateful that they accepted an exchange for a damaged charm purchased at a Pandora outlet and told me about the current promotions. I ended up buying something for myself but it was something I had been wanting. I'm happy I was able to get my new bracelet at a good deal.
