The clerk was outstanding spent time and we picked out the perfect birthday gift for my friend.. The clerk showed me how it looked on and she was outstanding..

We walked into the store wanting to take advantage of the sale that was going on with a purchase of $100 get free $65 value ring or earings. It was my mother, daughter and I who were shopping. We decided to combine our purchase as we were adding up to another free gift. The unknowledgable employee told us that we would get 20% off the total if we opened up a credit card as well as get 6 months free of interest. My mom decided to get the card and when we were getting rung up the total was not coming up. The store was closing at 5Pm that day and we had arrived at 4:20, once we were getting our total I apologized for keeping the employee there later. There was still other costumers as well. In the background there was other employees who kept rolling there eyes as they needed to go. I was only keeping two employees busy as they explained that I had to spend over $100 now to get a fee gift as I was using the 205 coupon. We were given wrong information and that is why we were getting 8 items and at the end I ended up only getting 3. My mother was disturbed she opened a card for no reason as she decided to leave her items behind.This was our first experience at Pandora and by far worst!
