My daughter has a Pandora bracelet, and she lost the clip (not sure what it's called) which is intended to hold the charm in place. She thought her bracelet was broken and not knowing enough about it, I brought it in to the store where we were told it was actually a separate piece which had fallen off. $35 for a tiny little clip to hold onto the bracelet is an outrageous price. She loves it, though, so I felt I didn't have a choice but to purchase a replacement.

We arrived 3 minutes before the store opened. There were 5 employees standing around the jewelry and everyone looked up. One of them said we are not open yet. I had to yell through the door to find out that they will open in 3 minutes. There are no hours on the doors or website to let us know when they open. This was on a Sunday at a retail store. They open at 1pm! I will be shopping else where for my next purchase, if I decide to purchase another pandora item.

You need more than 2 people,1 was with a women the entire time I was there, the other did her very best to work the line waiting. I'm always told, this is the last one or we don't have it. Cob webs were hanging from the can lights.

The air conditioning was out. Standing in a line to Get into the store with a mask on to then only enter an even hotter store with a mask and the poor sales ladies, I can only imagine. I did not complain to then because I felt bad for them. My sales lady was very nice and very helpful still! Someone should have been out there to fix this situation for all!

I brought back one of the Pandora bracelets that snapped in half and broke while I was sitting in a restaurant. It was past the warranty, I was offered no compensation. I would think that if your bracelet snapped in half, quality is an issue and that you would offer something, 10% off? 50% off the purchase of a new one? On top of that I had received a "we missed you" email $20 off coupon of which 3 people had to investigate while standing there explaining that they weren't sure it was legit. This was a big hassle, not only was I dissatisfied that I had to pay full price for a new bracelet, but the customer service was rude and not willing to work with me at all. Not sure I will purchase any more of your jewelry. Thanks

Sales staff not educated in your return policy. MGR. Not educated in your return policy. Both quite rude. I was trying repeatedly to explain your return policy to them. They weren’t grasping the one year - then replacement item 90 days OR remainder of original. They said 90 day only no matter what. (I still had six months left on original). Every single time I’ve been in this location the staff is snooty and rude.

I received a gift for valentines from my staff , I had a receipt but because it was bought in December it could not be returned and exchanged even though it was broken. Only 30 days return policy for return or exchange absurd!!!!! Pandora is expensive charms they should stay behind their product. I a switching to charriol jewelry.

I did not have the return slip or details for a gift i received so i showed it to Cristina and instead of her replying the other girl working at the store replied back very rudely that oh she can't return it - i do understand that she cant but there is no need to be rude! i have experienced this rudeness even at woodfield mall's associates as well. I dont know if its a racist thing because I wear a headscarf? If it is then you need to work on educating the sales associates not to be this rude.

Associate Emily T was very rude to me and my mom. I came to look at the rings. And I don’t know what was wrong, but Emily was not in mood. Every question I had about the size she would role her eyes and give us a look before providing customer service. I asked about the size 7 or 7.5 and she just told me whichever. I asked about the ring and she took it out with an attitude and rolling her eyes. Then when I was trying it on, Emily was being on her phone the whole time and taking pictures through the Snapchat. This was just disrespectful because she would not put the phone away until she finished talking to whoever and only after that she would pull out another ring for me. And yes; I asked for maybe 7-8 different rings because I wanted to try them on and I didn’t know which one I would like. It is her job to show and give recommendations. Not give attitude. Moreover, another lady came up to her and started asking about her personal life in front of us instead of offering customer service. She also didn’t do a good job packaging my purchase. She threw it in the bag and just gave it to me, without putting nice paper like they always do. Simply ruined Mother’s Day for us.
