When walking into Pandora I was satisfied from the start. There was never a bad thought that crossed my mind on a poor satisfaction from the workers or jewelry. My partner and I were so happy with our purchase.

The sales person was not as knowledgeable of your product as I would have liked. I was looking for a gift from a grandma to her granddaughter and the sales person brought out a couple items and said that was all they had. While looking at the terms we found additional ones that would be appropriate that the sales person never told us about.

I love the products but this time I didn’t feel good. The lady asked me for everything and I told her let me see if I found something else but I really want to see the products maybe I was buying more stuff

A lot of stock was out, the sales person didn’t know the product so kept asking other associates for help and when I asked to combine other charms she stated it wasn’t recommended. I wasn’t able to really look around so that made it difficult but I was able to get a charm (not associated with the necklace) to work and they were surprised.

Have had a broken bangle since Christmas, trying to get it serviced on line took months went to store didn’t have type or size available stated couldn’t ship me one to my house I would have to travel far to exchange. Also now noted missing swarzqui crystal on clip which will have to be dealt with on line probably. I am now stuck with smaller bracelet and not the type My husband bought me! All I want to do is wear my Christmas gift! Very dissatisfied with your customer service via the web. This location was kind but did not end up with what I wanted. Every email took weeks for a response now I don’t have the bracelet I was gifted by my husband. Wonder how long the clip will take to be dealt with??? We have spent $1000.00’s at Pandora and never had a problem before. I may stick with Tiffany in the future. This location was fine

I hold the Pandora credit card and was able to get 35% off due to I had the credit card. I needed two gifts and needed them to be the same item. The store only had one. I wanted to buy the one item and order the second but I was told I could only use the 35% off on in store items and if I ordered the other item I wouldn't get the 35% off. Very upsetting!!!
