With the sheer volume of charms and clips and spacers there was no well defined logic to view everything.

Some earrings that I looked for were sold out. So I couldn't try them.

you no longer had the item my daughter wanted, the new version is plainer and not as attractive, 2 charms were only available online

The store feels small, and although I was the only one in the store, it felt a little crowded. You have a significant number of people working there, and that is fine, but space to move from counter to counter and then to the shelves felt constricted.

When I went to try to get my 10 dollars it was highly frustrating. Nobody has that many computers in their house. It has been a nightmare and I suggest that they change it. I had such a good experience with everyone at that store. Especially during Christmas it was packed, but everybody still took their time.

I was looking for a Nebraska or a university of Nebraska charm and I was told that it didn’t exist but I know in Nebraska they do sell it! I know I’ve bought Pittsburgh and Chicago charms so I’m pretty sure a Nebraska one does exist

The limited edition bracelet offered if you spend $125.00 / would have liked to have a choice of a bracelet without the engraving on it only wanted a plain bracelet

It was a very busy day and there was a long wait. We were there 45 minutes before we were helped and we knew exactly what we wanted when we got to the store. We went to the store rather than shopping online because they had a charm that was sold out online.

It was necessary to sign in and wait to be called. The associate needed to be reminded that my selection was still in the display tray when my purchase transaction was already completed. The price point is on the high end.
