Pandora Jewelry

The store is convenient for me but it is very small and gets very crowded once there are several customers in the store with associates. While I like my Pandora jewelry and buying charms for gifts, I do think that some of the items are over priced for what you get

Although very clean the store was small and slightly hard to maneuver. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable of the products. The price was high for the product but had good quality.

I was not highly satisfied with the inventory in stock, not a big selection to choose from.

No tenían promociones.

It was my first time shopping Pandora for myself and asked to see all of the dark blue beads but found some in cases that I was not shown and had to point them out. Also wanted to see the beads next which other, how they would look on the bracelet not just laid out ( i'm a planner, so I could get a visual idea to plan what my bracelet would or could look like, that didn't happen.

Way to long of a wait and I had to drive farther to get to this Pandora since the Pandora store by me (Algonquin, IL) is rude and unprofessional that I won't even shop there.

One problem I found was a bit bothersome was feeling I was not able to walk amongst myself and just look or browse around. It was constant questions for sales associate, I didn’t feel comfortable just wanting to look it was constant pressure from the sales associate. I get she was working her commission and maybe trained that way but give me a minute to just look around like I stated when I walked in the door I just wanted to look first with my daughter and then she started talking to my daughter about what she wanted and why she was there and again I said we are just looking! She would not back off a moment to let us just look!! That is one thing that was very annoying and bothersome when I just wanted to look!!

I think that the jewelry is somewhat over priced. No good promotions or sales. Not sure the ring should be 100.00 for the little bit for 14K gold in it but it's what my son wanted to buy for his sister.

I went to get a charm for a retiring bowling high school coach. I found out that Pandora retired all the sports charms. Very difficult to purchase a gift.
