I feel like they are not very friendly at this location

I was satisfied

I asked about a sale that I saw on the website and she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about until I explained in detail and another employee knew but by that time I had already made my purchase.

I was disappointed that the friendship charm I specifically wanted for a gift was not available

I love Pandora and my pandora bracelets. I went to one of the stores for the spend $100 and get a free bracelet deal and the sales associate wasn't exactly friendly. She was aware I wasn't trying to spend more than $100 but didn't really help with showing me charms that would work for my budget.

The store is too small. The customers are cramped in there, and it’s hard to look at the merchandise on display, because there is no room. Also, the jewelry on display was tarnished and needed to be cleaned, and many of the charms showed to me were dirty as well. Overall I’m a huge fan of pandora and that won’t deter me from shopping, but those store can use some improvements

Sales assoc. spent quality time with me to select the items I wanted to purchase. Assoc. answered my questions Assoc. was very helpful in showing me how to open and close bracelets. I was very pleased with the assistance given and the varieties of bracelets shown to me and the suggestions offered as I made my decision.

The wait to speak with an associate was very long. After getting to speak with an associate there was very little stock available in multiple sizes. The associate was very helpful in suggesting alternatives.

Store is way too small and not enough employees to help everyone. And pricing is a bit over exaggerated

I had a;necklace which I wanted to exchange for a bracelet. I had only used it a few times, but because it was outside the return period, they could not help me with that.
