I was ignored when I came in the store. I had to get someone's attention to get help.

Beautiful items

Overall it was satisfying. The reason I said I am not highly satisfied because there were not many choices for my ring finger size. There were not many rings that were my taste in sale section as well.

The store was to small, crowded, and not enough sales associate.

This is the second ring that has broken. The first one broke and the sales associate actually bent it and threw it away and was quite rude. This ring lost a stone, which I do not think is acceptable for the quality I expect from Pandora. The associate took care of the issue, but was kind of rude about it.

I came into exchange a gift that I had received over the holidays. It was my first Pandora bracelet and this was my first real experience shopping for charms for myself. I understand that the store front is small and it was a few days after Christmas. I was not greeted when I walked into the store. I had to wait for a few minutes to realize that an associate was supposed to take my name to put me on the list. I had to approach an associate to ask them to put me on the list. I browsed products while I waited my turn. I made my way to the counter so I could look at charms and I was literally pushed away by another customer who would not speak to me. That customer was than promptly helped by the assistant manager Patty, who also ignored me. Well I was finally helped by Olivia she was very nice and got my exchange done quickly. My husband inquired about a charm we were interested in and she knew exactly where is was and we were able to purchase it. Olivia saved my first experience.

When I checked on line, I was informed that the store in Deer Park had the items I wanted and were in stock. When I got there one one item was in stock the other one was not, I had to take one item out of the display case.

Really loved the collection, but hope I would have got the design I wanted!

I think that everything has an area for improvement and unless you are absolutely exceptional and wow me like nothing other I cannot give a highly satisfied rating.
