Called ahead of time to verify if an item was in stock at the store location, I was in a hurry. The Pandora member said they did have it, when I arrived it was not the item I had asked about, the item I wanted was not in stock. Bought something else and later returned it because I still want to purchase the original item I wanted.

I was dissatisfied about the selection of earrings. I needed to find a gift for a 17 year olds birthday and I feel you really didn't have enough earrings in all price ranges. I saw you had youth earrings for young children and expensive earrings for a splurge or a gift for family or a best friend but really nothing for high school college girls and in all price ranges. The over all store and the associates were wonderful. I did find a pair but it was a struggle. I'm sad that you discontinued the birthstone earrings for they were priced right and had a selection of 12 different colors.

the store is physically small I went with my daughter and granddaughter who is in a stroller so physically a little difficult to get around literally. Sales associate was kind and knowledgeable and quite helpful. Little pushy on program/credit card.

I felt like for the amount of items I was purchasing the sales associate was hurrying me along. There were not any customers waiting, so there was no excuse for her hurrying me. She did not go out of her way to look for the one item I wanted, which I found myself.

Had a coupon and placed an order online. Was NEVER told not to use coupon on a code but as gift card. And NOT to call customer service as it will take forever to get through. Lost out on $10 or was told next order I could use it or spend more on my purchase.

There is very little product displayed at this location. There is a lot more variety at the Pandora inside Hawthorne Mall in Vernon Hills, which is where I will be shopping from now on.

The customers were very demanding of the employees’ time, even though there were others waiting for assistance. The employees tried to not rush those who were shopping as if it was a normal shopping day

I was not highly satisfied. The experience was okay but nothing special. The staff did fine.
